Tom Delay Indicted

Tom Delay has been indicted on charges related to a campaign finance investigation. He has been forced to step down as House Majority Leader.

There is nothing really unique about Tom Delay. He simly came to believe that he was untouchable, which led to his downfall.

Delay's primary defense seems to be "attack the messenger". He repeatedly attacked District Attorney Ronnie Earle as a "partisan" and a "fanatic".

I must confess that I am enjoying this rather immensely.
